Pursuant to Section 76 (2) No. 3 of the StBerG, our Chamber of Tax Consultants shall mediate between members of the Chamber and its clients in the event of disputes, eg on the occasion of a fee or non-issuance of documents. This is a mediation procedure. We do not participate in other mediation procedures.
